THE EASIEST 21 DAY TRANSFORMATION WITH THESE FOOD COMBINATIONS

The idea for this lifestyle type of eating is designed to re-energize, rejuvenate, heal diseases and stabilize the body and mind.

You will find yourself looking younger, brighter, and with clearer skin.  Skin will actually lift, wrinkles will shrink. Inflammations should reduce, therefore, reducing pain. Your hair will be fuller. You will feel happier, which brings happier and better results to Life in every way.

I strongly advise removing processed foods, Sugars and Gluten.  These foods are not recognized by the human digestive system either because they have been modified or because we are simply not meant to have so much "Sugar" in our bodies.  Our body recognizes natural sugars in fruits and vegetables, honey and maple syrup.  Added and artificial sugar feeds disease, aggresses and fogs the human mind and turns into fat.

The following is a list of foods I recommend for a healthier food choice.  I also suggest having most of these foods raw, either in a smoothie form or in salads and raw snacks. Personally, I choose Organic to avoid pesticides and GMO.

Now let’s take a look at cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. In order to avoid endangering the thyroid, cruciferous vegetables should be cooked. Many people do not know they have thyroid issues, so I would suggest we prevent any possibilities just by cooking or steaming the vegetables for a few minutes.  Of course, I am saying this because most people are not informed about this issue, unless you look it up.  I have identified the cruciferous vegetables and some can be used either raw or cooked just for enjoyment. I also recommend a little kelp (iodine) and 2 brazil nuts (selenium) or equivalent, daily, for a healthy thyroid.

  • Asparagus

  • Cabbage, cooked
  • Kale, cooked
  • Brussel sprouts, cooked
  • Zucchini

  • Artichokes
  • Collards, cooked
